I’m super excited to announce my project that I’ve been working on for the last couple of months, and I’m even more excited to tell you how you are going to benefit from it!

I love junk food, I really do.
I love pizza, burgers, fries and chocolate…but I know that they are bad for me. And that is why I eat them very irregularly.
I have cooked dinner for myself and my friends or family almost every day for the last 5 years…and I honestly never spend more than about 10 minutes in the kitchen cooking those dinners.
Over the last few years I have honed my skills and perfected a few really simple, really healthy and really delicious ‘base’ recipes. Most of these recipes are so good that my friends or family tell me I should start my own restaurant and serve my customers what I cook!
(I say ‘base’ recipes because each ‘base’ recipe allows for multiple unique variations of the same meal by substituting say chicken for fish, and by adding or replacing vegetables with other ones).
Your Health Is Everything
Without your health, all the money, fame, friends and success in the world mean very little (because you won’t get to enjoy them).
The meals you eat and the food you put into your body play a HUGE role in your health.
When you are young, processed foods, sugars and greasy take-out may keep you going. You may feel pretty good for many years, but then all of a sudden you turn 30 or 40 and you start getting really ill, maybe chronic diseases, organ problems…
I would take a bet that the majority of major disease and illness (like heart disease, diabetes, cancer etc.) are as a direct result of the food people put in their bodies.
Oh…I don’t mean for this post to be negative. Let me get to my point:
It is so easy to take care of your body and health by eating as much raw and natural food as possible.
This means eating lots of fruits, vegetables, lean protein and nuts and avoiding processed foods, sugars and artificial ingredients as much as possible.
